In the Year 1995, Clients we meet are COUPLES STARTING A FAMILY. These young couples would request to have their houses designed in a low budget as their Source of Income would come from a MEAGER SALARY OF A YOUNG EMPLOYEE.
And so our ARCHITECTS would present a less budget – but a HOME PROVIDING THE BASIC AMENITIES FOR A GROWING FAMILY  ….truly, this is A NECESSITY.

 

With the COMPLETE PLANS AND DRAWINGS READY FOR BUILDING PERMIT, these couples does another request…
” ARCHITECT, WOULD YOU CONSTRUCT THIS HOUSE FOR US, ONCE AND FOR ALL?”… they BELIEVE that CLIENT SAVES TIME and MONEY HAVING ONLY ONE ARCHITECT TEAM to deal with.

From then on, OUR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES was born.

It was a CALLING. It was being aware that the ARCHITECT is needed in a growing SOCIETY to DESIGN REASONABLE and DESCENT SHELTER, trendy SCHOOLS, PRACTICAL yet PRESENTABLE WORKPLACE in OFFICES, DISTINCTIVE SOCIAL SPACES in RESORTS and PLEASURABLE PRIVATE RENDEZVOUS in VACATION HOUSES. These we custom-made to each and INDIVIDUAL CLIENT.

 

Our DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES was born of COMPASSION.
….for almost 20 years since then.
